Before my children were born over 30 years ago, I used to do a lot of craft work. There was a magazine that posted both craft ideas and recipes. This is an old tried and true recipe that has a great taste. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 1 can
    cream style corn (i use delmonte)
  • 4
    eggs, beaten (use a fork to break yolks)
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar (use additional sugar to make sweeter)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients, except butter together carefully.
  • 2
    Pour into buttered baking dish. (I use either corning ware or pyrex glass dishes.)

    Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean.
