    minced onion
  • DRESSING
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • ¼ c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    emon juice (to taste)
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
