This is a good recipe for shrimp patties that my aunt gave me last year.

Ingredients For chamorro shrimp patties

2eggs
-
1 can10 ounce can of evaporated milk

2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tsp(or 2 teaspoons) salt

1 tspblack pepper
-
2 tspgarlic powder
-
2 lbmedium raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

110 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables (completely thawed and drained)

4 cvegetable oil (for deep frying)

2 cshredded crab meat (optional)
How To Make chamorro shrimp patties

1combine eggs and evaporated milk in a bowl and beat together.

2Add in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other seasoning and mix.

3Add in shrimp. crab meat (if you're using it), and mixed vegetables and combine.

4Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high

5When the oil is heated, drop large spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden. Use a bamboo skewer and poke it through the patty to make sure it's done. If the skewer comes out clean, then it's just right.

6Drain oil over paper towels and serve.
