Ingredients For cabbage tails

  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 1/4 c
    rice
  • cabbage leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cabbage tails

  • 1
    Cook pork, beef and onion till done; cook rice; mix together add salt and pepper Boil cabbage leaves till just done
  • 2
    lay out cabbage leaves fill with just enough mixture to be able to roll up like a egg roll
  • 3
    Bake at 350 for about 20 mins and enjoy!
