Ingredients For broccoli and parmesan puree

  • 1 lg
    yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    heads broccolit cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parmigiano regiano shredded
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream more or less to get desired consistency
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli and parmesan puree

  • 1
    Add the potatoes and garlic to a pan of boiling salted water and boil until the potatoes are almost tender. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook about 4 minutes. Drain
  • 2
    Add the potato broccoli mixture to a food processor. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese. Process while adding cream through the shoot until desired consistency.

    Taste and season with salt and Pepper
