Ingredients For boondi raita

2 cgreek yogurt

1 cboondi

1 Tbspsugar / honey

salt to taste

1 Tbsproasted cumin powder

1/2 tspmint fresh, chopped
How To Make boondi raita

1whisk yogurt with salt and suger / honey

2Mix in fresh mint and 1 TBSP boondi. Cool the mixture. Add rest of the boondi just before you eat the raita so that it is crispy in yogurt. Add little milk if the mixture is thick.

3Garnish with roasted cumin powder.
