baked - ranch: potatoes/sausages/onion and herbs!

I had six (6) medium red potatoes, that had to be used. So, I washed them, cut out the bad spots, and cut them in about 3/4-inch bite size pieces. I also had four (4) smoked bratwurst sausages, that I cut up in 1/2-inch medallions, and 1 medium yellow onion cut in half and sliced. Put in a package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip, and threw in herbs a little crushed red pepper flakes and place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Baked all together for about 45 minutes. They came out pretty tasting. Had some ham & white beans several slices of white bread, a green onion or two, with some pickles...YUM-YUM!!!

3Take a 17x11-inch sheet pan and place foil on the sheet pan completely!

4Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and place your oven rack in the center!

21Take all ingredients in bowl, and pour into the foil-lined sheet pan. Spread out with the spatula all over the pan. Place in oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
