I love making this for Thanksgiving dinner. It tastes so much like pumpkin pie, but without the crust. Everyone loves it!

Ingredients For baked pumpkin

1 lb canpumpkin (2 cups)

1 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cflour

2eggs
-
1 pinchbaking soda

1 canevaporated milk
- ALSO

1/2 stickmargarine

1/4 csugar

1/8 tspcinnamon
How To Make baked pumpkin

1Beat eggs. Add everything else. Melt margarine in casserole dish. Pour in the mixture. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

2Bake at 450 degrees 25 to 30 min. Custardy, brownish on outside, may crack, some wiggle in middle but will set.
