This is one of My Mom's favorite baked bean recipes and oh so easy; no fuss.

Ingredients For baked beans

  • 2 lg
    onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 2 can
    butter beans, drained (15oz)
  • 2 can
    kidney beans, drained (15oz)
  • 1 can
    b & m baked beans

How To Make baked beans

  • 1
    Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in large skillet. Simmer, cover, for 20 minutes. Add beans to mixture. Put 6 to 8 slices of cooked bacon (crumbled) on top. Bake 2 hours (covered for the first hour) at 300 degrees. Add water when reheating leftovers.
