Ingredients For avacado and oregano relish

    avacados, pitted, pealed and cubed
  • 1/2 md
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    limes, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper, freshly ground

How To Make avacado and oregano relish

    Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a bowl and add avacado seeds to mixture until ready to serve (to prevent browning).
