229 oz cans cling peaches

23" long cinnamon sticks

1/2 tspground allspice

1/8 tspground ginger

1/8 tspground nutmeg

229 oz cans pear halves
-
17 ozcan figs

1/2 cbrandy

3 mdbananas
How To Make spiced fruit compote, ma

1Drain syrup from peaches into saucepan. Stir in cinnamon sticks, allspice, ginger and nutmeg. Heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Remove and cool. In large fruit bowl combine fruit and brandy. Pour peach syrup mixture over fruit, toss gently and cover in fridge overnight. Stir in bananas just before serving.
