Recently submitted to our local paper for their holiday segment. Been serving this at holiday time for many years. My husband rarely gets any as everyone eats so much of this!

Ingredients For scalloped pineapple

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 20 oz
    can drained pineapple
  • 5 slice
    fresh bread, cubed

How To Make scalloped pineapple

    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, two at a time and mix well. Add pineapple;blend. Fold bread into mixture.

    Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes. Great with ham!
