Ingredients For roasted butternut squash & apples

2 lbbutternut squash, peeled, seeded, quartered and cut into cubes

3apples, peeled, core removed and cut into chunks

1/4 cchopped walnuts or pecans

1/4 craisins or dried cranberries

1/4 cbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspcanola oil
-
1 Tbspwhole wheat white flour

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg
How To Make roasted butternut squash & apples

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a glass baking dish with butter flavor cooking spray.

2Put squash cubes in a large baking dish. Place apples on top and then sprinkle with nuts and raisins.

3Mix the flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle on top. Toss with 2 Tbsp. canola oil. Bake 40 -50 minutes.
