This has been made at all my family holiday dinners for a very long time. It's quick easy and if I don't make a very large bowl of it, I'm making more later.

Ingredients For pink salad

  • 1 lg
    can pineapple crushed
  • 1 lg
    container of small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lg
    container of cool whip, thawed
  • 1 lg
    box of cherry jell-o (i have also used strawberry u can use whatever flavor suits your fancy)

How To Make pink salad

  • 1
    Mix cool whip and cottage cheese together in large bowl.

    Add pineapple, mix thoroughly.
  • 3
    Add jell-o mix very well to make sure it all gets mixed in.
  • 4
    Put in refrigerator, allow to set. Serve cold.
