I came up with this one day when I had a pineapple that was getting ripe.
It is great as a side dish for fish or burgers and sausages.

Ingredients For pineapple salsa

1pineapple
-
1 mdred or vidalia sweet onion
-
1 mdred, orange or yellow pepper
-
1 bunchcilantro, fresh
-
1/4 clemon or lime juice
-
1 dashcracked black lemon pepper
How To Make pineapple salsa

1Cut and core a fresh pineapple.
I usually cut into small pieces. -
2Cut the peppers & onions into small pieces.

3Chop the cilantro to the desired consistency you wish, I usually do a fine chop
-
4Mix all of the ingrediants in a bowl.
Add the cracked pepper and lemon juice. -
5Put bowl into fridge and chill for a hour.
