1/3 call purpose flour

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 canpineapple tidbits, drained (20 oz - see notes)

1 cancrushed pineapple, drained (20 oz - see notes)

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cshredded white cheddar cheese

1/4 cunsalted butter, melted

40 - 50Ritz or other buttery crackers, crushed
How To Make pineapple casserole

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square or 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

2Whisk the flour and sugar together. Stir in the pineapple and cheddar cheeses. Spoon the contents into a prepared casserole dish.

3Combine the melted butter and crushed crackers. Sprinkle on the top of the dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cracker crumbs are golden brown and the casserole is heated through. Serve promptly.
