Ingredients For pineapple au gratin

  • 2 can
    pineapple tidbits, 20 oz. each
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • ritz crackers, crumbled for topping

How To Make pineapple au gratin

  • 1
    Put first four ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with crumbled Ritz crackers. Melt one stick of butter and drizzle on top.

    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
