1 can(32 ounce) crushed pineapple with juice

8eggs

2/3 csugar

1/2 cmatza meal, can use 3/4 cup

4peeled and grated apples

1/2 coil

1/2 cchopped dried apricots
How To Make passover fruit kugel

1Combine pineapple, apples, eggs,sugar, oil and matza meal. Fold in apricots. Batter will be thin.

2Pour into greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
