Ingredients For mango salsa

2mangos (not too ripe)

1/2purple onion, chopped

1/2lime juice
-
1jalapeno
-
pinchchipotle chili powder

pinchsalt and pepper

1 Tbspcilantro, fresh and chopped
How To Make mango salsa

1Peel off the skin from the mangoes. Chop them into little pieces.Add onion and lime juice (or lemon juice).Set aside.

2Fry the jalapeno pepper on a stove fire or on a grill. Add the jalapeno, cilantro, salt, pepper, and chipotle powder to taste.

3Serve with grilled chicken breast or any other grilled meats you'd prefer.
