Ingredients For jicama and fresh fruit platter

    small jicama, peeled, rinsed and sliced
  • 1 c
    watermelon, chunked
  • 1 c
    honeydew melon, chunked
  • 1
    papaya, peeled and chunked
  • 1
    orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 2/3 c
    2/3 c. fresh lime juice
  • salt
  • chili powder

How To Make jicama and fresh fruit platter

    Arrange fruit on plate.

    Squeeze lime juice over the fruit.
