My Mom used to make this for us at breakfast time and I remembered it while cooking for some clients. I jazzed it up a bit and it was a real hit! The pomegranate was perfect and so pretty on top of the fruit. For a nice presentation, I try to use a sweet red apple and a tart green apple. The combination of flavors is wonderful!

Ingredients For fruit soup

1pear, diced

1green apple, diced

1red apple, diced

1banana

1/4pomegranate
-
orange juice
-
2 pinchgaram masala or cardemom
How To Make fruit soup

1Dice all fruit except the pomegranate and mix together

2Divide fruit in 2 pretty desert bowls.

3Pour orange juice over fruit until you can see it in the bowl.

4Add a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds over the top.

5Dust a pinch of whichever seasoning you are using over the top and serve!
