Ingredients For drunken apples

1 Tbspbutter

2 lgtart apples - peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4-inch thick (we like granny smith)

1 tspcornstarch

1/4 ccold water

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 tspground cinnamon
How To Make drunken apples

1In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add apples. Cook, stirring constantly, until apples are almost tender, about 6 - 7 minutes.

2Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to skillet. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve warm. :)
