Ingredients For cranbery-orange relish

    sugar or a bit less
  • 4 c
    cranberries, fresh (if using frozen chop before thawing)
  • 2
    oranges, quartered and seeded ( do not peel)

How To Make cranbery-orange relish

    Put raw oranges and cranberries through food chopper. Add sugar and mix well.

    Chill in refrigerator a few hours before serving. This relish will keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
