Ingredients For cranberry sauce

2/3 corange juice

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwhite sugar

12 ozfresh cranberries

1/8 tspallspice

1 tsporange zest

2 Tbspgrand marnier (optional)
How To Make cranberry sauce

1In a medium saucepan over medium low heat add orange juice, brown sugar and sugar. Cook until the sugars dissolve.

2Stir in cranberries, allspice and orange zest. Bring to a low boil. Simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until cranberries begin to pop.

3If desired stir in Grand Marnier after removing from the heat. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
