I usually make this at least twice a year. I often double the recipe. It also stores well in the freezer.

Ingredients For cranberry/orange relish

  • 1 lg
    orange. - cut in sections
  • 1 bag
    cranberries - thawed
  • 1 c
    sugar

How To Make cranberry/orange relish

    Wash orange before cutting. Rinse cranberries.
  • 2
    Using a food processor, add cranberries and orange sections in stages. After each process scrape into bowl. Then start again until both cranberries and oranges are gone.

    Add sugar to Cranberry/Orange mixture and stir.

    Put in refrigerator and chill. Enjoy!
