Ingredients For cranberry jello salad

  • 1 can
    whole cranberry suace
  • 1 c
    apple, chopped fine
  • 1 can
    pineapple, crushed, undrained [8 1/4 can]
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped fine
  • 6 oz
    raspberry gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp
    plain gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 oz, room temp.
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    cool whip, thawed
  • 1/4 c
    pecan, chopped

How To Make cranberry jello salad

  • 1
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, celery, pinapple and apple. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill until firm.

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Granually add milk and beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip and spread over gelatin. Sprinkle on pecans. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
