Ingredients For cranberry chutney

  • 4 can
    (16oz each) whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c
    olives, pitted
  • 1 c
    currants
  • 1 c
    slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped candied ginger
  • 1 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar

How To Make cranberry chutney

  • 1
    In a stainless steel saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Pack chutney in clean jars to within 1/2 inch of the top and cap. Process in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
