Ingredients For concealed lemon and pimento cheese salad

3 ozpackage lemon gelatin

1 cboiling water

1/2 csugar
-
1 smjar pimento cheese spread

1 smcan crushed pineapple, drained

9 ozcarton of cool whip

1 ctoasted pecans, if desired
How To Make concealed lemon and pimento cheese salad

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and cheese spread. Mix well. Add drained pineapple.

2Let congeal to consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in cool whip and pecans. Pour into oiled ring mold. Pace in refrigerator to congeal.
