I serve this as a side dish at Thanksgiving instead of cranberry sauce. It is also delicious on top of ice cream or just as a tasty treat! Enjoy!

Ingredients For baked cranberry salad

  • 3 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 2 md
    granny smith apples
  • 2 md
    apples, red delicious
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces or halved, as preferred
  • 1/4 c
    flour

How To Make baked cranberry salad

  • 1
    Wash Cranberries and chop apples in diced pieces. Place in a 9 X 13 " baking dish Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar

    In sauce pan, cook butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour until thickened. Pour over Cranberries and apples.

    Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees
