I serve this as a side dish at Thanksgiving instead of cranberry sauce. It is also delicious on top of ice cream or just as a tasty treat! Enjoy!

Ingredients For baked cranberry salad

3 cfresh cranberries

2 mdgranny smith apples

2 mdapples, red delicious

1 csugar
-
1 stickbutter
-
1/2 cbrown sugar

1 cpecans, in pieces or halved, as preferred

1/4 cflour
How To Make baked cranberry salad

1Wash Cranberries and chop apples in diced pieces. Place in a 9 X 13 " baking dish Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar

2In sauce pan, cook butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour until thickened. Pour over Cranberries and apples.

3Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees
