4apples, golden delicious peeled 1/3 way down

1/4 cchopped walnuts

1/4 cwater

1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/4 craisins

1/4 clemon juice

1/4 csugar

3 Tbspflour

1 cwater

3 Tbsplemon juice

How To Make baked apples with hot cinnamon sauce

1BAKED APPLES:Carefully remove core of apples, making sure not to go all the way through. Remove skin of apples one third way down from top. Place in 8" round baking dish. Combine Raisins, Walnuts, sugar and butter. Stuff centers of apples with raisin mixture. Combine lemon juice, water, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over and around apples. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until apples are done. Top with Hot Cinnamon Sauce.

2HOT CINNAMON SAUCE: Mix sugar and flour. Add water and lemon juice; cook until thickened. Add butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Makes 1 and 1/4 cups. Pour over baked apples. Share with your 3 best friends.
