This is a easy & yummy stuffing that goes great with any turkey on the big day. I always make sure I buy an extra apple cause as I am cooking for a big meal or party I like to have a snack.

Ingredients For apple cranberry & pecan stuffing

  • 1-1/2 c
    apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 pkg
    stove top stuffing chicken mix
  • 1 sm
    apple, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, toasted & chopped

How To Make apple cranberry & pecan stuffing

    In a large saucepan bring the apple juice & butter to a boil over high heat.

    Next add in the stuffing mix & fruit mixing lightly. Cover the pan & remove from the heat.

    Let stand for about 5 mins. Then stir in the nuts.
