Shrimp Toast and BLT

INGREDIENTS
6 strips of bacon (cooked to your liking)
2 cups deveined and shelled shrimp
2 stalks of chopped celery
1 diced onion
1 cup chopped green onions or scallions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 egg
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce
8 slices white bread
a few slices of butter lettuce
a slice of tomato per sandwich
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
