Shrimp Gumbo - Instant Pot Recipes

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 stalks celery (chopped)
1 large yellow onion (peeled and diced)
1 large green bell pepper (seeded and diced)
2 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce)
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp filé powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 lb smoked sausage (sliced )
