INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup soy sauce (I used light)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1 and 1/2 cup vegetable mix. I used frozen peas (corn and carrots)
1 egg
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cup rice (already cooked*)
