3/4 lb frozen cooked shrimp, thawed, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)

1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 can (14 oz) Progresso® artichoke hearts, drained, cut lengthwise in half
