salt and pepper
oil for frying, (we use peanut oil you can also use canola oil or vegetable oil)
1 stick butter
1 cup pepper jelly
1/2 cup honey
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 cloves garlic (finely grated)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/3 stick butter
1/2 cup preserves (mixed berry)
