3/4 stick butter (6 tablespoons)
•
2 cups all purpose flour
•
1 heaping teaspoon salt
•
2.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper (3.5 for even hotter)
•
paprika for dusting, if desired
•
Let cheese and butter sit on countertop overnight to come to room temp
