1/2 cup warm water

3 packages dry yeast

1 tablespoon white sugar
•
2 cups quick cooking oats
•
½ cup flax seed
•
½ cup sunflower kernels
•
2 cups whole wheat flour
•
4 1/2 cups warm water
•
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
•
2/3 cup brown sugar
•
2/3 cup vegetable oil
•
8-10 ¼ cups bread flour (1/4 for proofing and the rest for dough. Will most likely just need eight)
