INGREDIENTS

All-Purpose Seasoned Salt:

• 1 Tbsp. salt
•
• 2 Tbsp. onion powder
•
• 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
•
• 2 tsp. ground black pepper
•
• 1 Tbsp. hot paprika
•
For Fish:
•
• ½ tsp. turmeric
•
• ½ tsp. chili powder
•
• ½ tsp. ground cumin
•
• ½ tsp. ground fennel
•
Mix with 2 Tbsp. olive oil into a paste; season lightly with salt. Smear onto fish or shellfish before cooking.
•
For Baking:
•
• 2½ tsp. cinnamon
•
• ½ tsp. ground ginger
•
• ¼ tsp. nutmeg
•
• 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
•
Add a tiny pinch of cayenne or black pepper for just a hint of a bite.
