1 pound Colavita Spinach Tagliatelle
1 pound cleaned sea scallops
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons + 1/4 cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
1 pound jumbo shrimp, cleaned
1 1/2 cups chardonnay wine
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley + extra for garnish
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Drizzle of Colavita Pepperolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
