2-1/2 cups of milk
•
1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste, optional
•
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
•
2 tablespoons of dry bread crumbs
•
Hot sauce, for the table
