1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/4 cup rice vinegar
•
1 tbsp date paste
•
1/4 tsp anchovy paste
•
300g cauliflower, grated
•
2 green onions, chopped
•
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
