500 grams minced pork (pork shoulder would be perfect is grinding yourself)

3/4 teaspoon ground sage

1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Thai chili powder for Thais)
•
pinch ground cloves
•
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
•
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
•
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
•
500 grams breakfast sausage
•
4 tablespoons butter (this is 1/4 standard block)
•
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
•
1 1/2 cups water
•
1/4 cup all purpose flour
•
salt and pepper (to taste)
•
1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon instant dry yeast
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
•
3/8 cup water
•
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (OR make from a shortcut)
•
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese (shredded)
•
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded, or 2 cups if no Jack cheese)

3-4 spring onions (sliced)

6 eggs (chicken or duck)
