5 green onions, thinly chopped

2 Tbsp butter

8 large eggs

3 Tbsp milk
•
2 [8 oz] cans crescent rolls

1 [6.5 oz] container light spreadable cheese [I used Alouette garlic & herb]
•
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
•
salt & black pepper to taste

For the topping:
•
1 beaten egg
•
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
