1 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 medium pepper)
1 Cup Orange Bell Pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 medium pepper)
1 Cup White Onion, thinly sliced (about 1 medium onion)
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced or pressed (about 3 medium cloves)
28 Ounces Diced Tomatoes, undrained
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
