mozzarella cheese, the amount depends on how cheesy you like it.

FOR ONE CRUST:

1 pkg dry yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp)

1 cup warm water
•
1 tsp. sugar
•
2 Tbs. oil
•
2 1/2 cups flour
