This is simple but filling and really tasty! I found this in the cookbook that came with my very first blender, 30 some years ago. *Dried beef is also known as chipped beef.

Ingredients For yummy dried beef sandwich spread

  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1
    3-ounce package cream cheese, cut in 3 pieces
  • 1/2 cup
    shredded dried beef
  • 1 tsp
    prepared horseradish (not horseradish sauce)

How To Make yummy dried beef sandwich spread

    Put all ingredients into blender; blend til smooth. There you go! Also great with crackers.
