    tomato pulp
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2.5 c
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    mixed spices
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1.25 c
    sugar

How To Make tomato ketchup

    Prepare tomato pulp by washing and chopping tomatoes, cooking until soft, and rubbing through a sieve.

    Tie whole spices and onion in a thin bag.

    Mix mustard with cold water.

    Combine all ingredients and cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick.
