Ingredients For sundried tomato pesto

  • 8 1/2 oz
    jar sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    pine nuts
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 c
    good quality olive oil more or less to desired consistency
  • salt to taste

How To Make sundried tomato pesto

  • 1
    In a food processor add the jar of sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and garlic cloves. Process while drizzling in the olive oil through the chute until desired consistency. Taste and adjust for salt.
