8 1/2 ozjar sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

1 1/2 cfresh basil leaves

1/2 cparmesan cheese

1/4 cpine nuts

4 clovegarlic

1/2 cgood quality olive oil more or less to desired consistency

How To Make sundried tomato pesto

1In a food processor add the jar of sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and garlic cloves. Process while drizzling in the olive oil through the chute until desired consistency. Taste and adjust for salt.
