Ingredients For strawberry icing

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c
    mashed strawberries (fresh or frozen)

How To Make strawberry icing

    Mix butter and sugar together until smooth. Add strawberries.

    Spread between cake layers, then frost sides and top.

    Garnish with fresh whipped cream or drizzle with chocolate.
